Actuators with built-in return spring of TF series… with a force of 2 Nm are designed to control air dampers with a cross-sectional area of up to 0.4 m2, performing security functions (for example, protection against freezing, smoke, etc.) in ventilation and air conditioning systems. The electric actuator moves the flap, simultaneously stretching the return spring. In the event of power failure, the energy stored in the spring returns the flap to the guard position.
The actuator can be mounted directly on damper shaft by means of a mounting clip. The drive is equipped with a special lock, preventing its rotation. It is possible to adjust the angle of rotation with a mechanical stop. The drive is protected against overloads and does not require end switches. The stop occurs automatically when the end positions are reached.
